Privacy

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your Google profile name, email, and avatar via OAuth. When visitors chat with a bot you embed on your site, we store their messages and a randomly-generated visitor ID so they can resume the conversation across reloads. We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or cross-site tracking data.

What we don't do

• We never sell your data or your visitors' data.
• We never train models on your private bot content. Your content stays in your bot.
• We never share data across customer accounts. Each bot is isolated.
• We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Sub-processors

To deliver the product we route data through: Google (sign-in), OpenAI (LLM and embeddings), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting). All are bound by their own data-protection agreements.
